After enjoying my own travelling life for a year in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the USA I wasnt in the mood to settle down yet. So I started working as a tour guide for an Australian company (not the one with the c) showing young people around Europe and taking them on the trip of their lifetime. Exciting and exhausting at the same time I did these bus tours for three years and dont regret a single minute of it. I met great people from all over the world and travelled to places I have never seen before. After 4 years of travelling it was time to unpack my backpack and this is what I did in Berlin and I dont regret this decision either. Now Im working as a tourguide again, only locally for Berlin and the surrounding areas and enjoying whatever Berlin has to offer for me - which is a lot!
After travelling the world and seeing so many places and cities I really have to say: none of them matches Berlin. You love art? You will find dozens of galleries! You love to party? You will find hundreds of clubs! You love culture? You will find 136 different museums and 114 theaters! You love music? Choose from hundreds of concerts every week! You love history? Well - start walking and you will stumble over it.
Berlin takes advantage from being such a young city - only being rebuilt after WW II and being reunited 20 years ago, so still being in the process of finding its face. So whatever your face is - you will find an equivalent to it in Berlin. Let me help you find it!

Arja gave us a totally different perspective on our trip to Berlin. We had complete insider knowledge even though we can barely speak a word of German! Arja helped us organise a perfect, personalised week away and made everything easy! T read more ...
