About Me

Traveling is more than a hobby or an interest - it's something that makes life worth living. I've lived in South Korea for the past 2 1/2 years, and have traveled to a new place, event, or festival every single week since I arrived. I work as an English teacher to pay the bills (what? travel writing doesn't do that?), which has helped me learn more about the culture as well.

It's Seoul - the biggest city in Korea and one of the biggest cities in the world. Whether you're ready to explore the Joseon Dynasty palaces, thousand-year-old recreated temples, or club the night away, it's all on one of the largest subway systems in the world. When you're ready to get away from the concrete jungle, we'll take a train (or bus) to a beach, an arboretum, or a local festival. Time to travel!
