About Me

I am a fully qualified English-speaking tour guide having graduated from the Tourism University in Hanoi. I have been guiding tourists for the last 10 years.

I enjoy my work because I love travelling and interacting with people from all over the world. There's lots to share with them as well as learn from them. My tourists include archaeologists & dentists from Guam, architects & nurses from UK, engineers from the Faroe island, anthropologist & aviation specialists from US, and teachers & photographers from Australia & NZ.

I am from the capital of Hanoi which is an excellent place to start the Vietnam adventure.

Besides, I am also part of a travel company which specialises in customising trips for our travellers. The company is called Sparrow Travels. We enjoyed showing our tourists around the country, and many of them have now become personal friends.

I have varied interests, and I have taken up photography recently. It's very rewarding especially when I bring photographers to the many scenic & cultural places where they can capture & freeze the beautiful moments of Vietnam into their photographs.

I also have a heart for the less privileged people in my country. With our travel company, we also undertake humanitarian work (distributing clothes and blankets) for the less privileged people as we believe that we need to help each other.

Now a little bit about this country. Vietnam is a beautiful & charming country. There's lots to discover & explore, and this country has loads to offer to the inquisitive traveller.

But being a developing country and speaking a different language other than English, it's not always easy for foreign travellers to navigate around. So I hope that with Tripbod, we can provide suitable & valuable advice to help travellers plan for an interesting and enjoyable experience in Vietnam.

Our goal is that all travellers to Vietnam bring home with them a memorable time of having travelled here.

Vietnam is increasingly becoming a popular travel place for people from the east & west. This country is full of character, and if you travel from the North, through the Central and the South, you will find that each region presents a different culture & geography.

Besides, this country has deep historical roots and many different ethnic peoples living in one country. Words can hardly fully describe Vietnam's enigma, you have to be here to take in the entire sights & sounds, immerse yourself into the country's past & present, and witness the ever-changing pace as the country embraces the future.
