I hold a Master's degree in the History of Italian Food and Gastronomy from the "Universita' degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata". I earned her MBA at NYU and worked in financial services in Boston, New York, and London before moving into the food and tourism industry. In 2006, I worked for the Craft family of restaurants in NYC in business development & marketing and spent some time in the kitchen before relocating to Rome in 2007.
