Cath and Toby connected with Tripbod Arja in Berlin

Arja gave us a totally different perspective on our trip to Berlin. We had complete insider knowledge even though we can barely speak a word of German!

Arja helped us organise a perfect and personalised week away and made everything easy!

Ben and Cate Davies connected with Tripbod Edwin in Rwanda

Ben and I want to say a huge thank you for organising our trip to Rwanda so efficiently. We could not have done it without you.  The added "extras" that could only ever happen with local knowledge (DVDs created for Ben, a genocide survivor and a perpetrator to interview, plus amazing journeys down earth roads and to what felt like every corner of the country) The ecotours staff were fantastic, and our 3 drivers could not have done more - including a brief visit to the UN offices! - we could never have gained access to them!  The gorillas were incredible too, of course, but it was the people that we met that made our trip so special so - thank you Tripbod - we heartily recommend you!

Paul & Nita connected with Tripbod Neil in South Africa

Neil has been great in setting everything up for us from the time we touched down in Cape Town, until we leave from Durban on 18th November. His itinerary and recommendations amounted to 37 pages of pdf document, which is spectacularly thorough.

Stephen Nash connected with Tripbod Scott in New York

Scott was great. Not only did he recommend some cool cafes and bars, but he also came up with trumps by pointing me towards a fantastic modern ballet company. As the friend I was staying with in NYC is a huge ballet fan, I wanted to give her a surprise treat, and when I told her where I was taking her she was thrill and amazed that I had heard of the place. And it was all down to Scott (or, to be more accurate, his girlfriend!). Talking to Scott I really felt as if he had a good idea of what my aims for my holiday were, and the sorts of things that I'd love (and just as importantly, the sorts of things I'd be bored rigid by). I was lucky enough to meet him whilst I was there, and we had great fun cycling round Brooklyn together. The personalised tips Scott gave me really helped make my trip to New York different and unique. You should definitely get in touch with him if you're heading that way!

Luke Curwell connected with Tripbod Mika in Japan

Using Tripbod has been fantastic! For a first time visitor with absolutely no idea of what to expect, my Tripbod helped me get a feel for the place and what to expect before I left, as well as providing great ideas of what to see and do, and some really useful local knowledge. I really wanted to see Tokyo the way people who live their see it, and now, armed with knowledge, I feel ready to get going!

Dom Risso-Gill connected with Tripbod Puneet in India

If you want to take the hassle away from organising your trip, I highly recommend using a TripBod. With Puneet’s help our the itinerary for our 2 week holiday in India was structured to enable us to have the time and flexibility to experience things as they came as well as to ensure that we maximised our time abroad. The most important thing on holiday is to ensure your flights and domestic transport all make sense i.e. you can get from A-B in the time available and stress-free. Puneet was invaluable in recommending which websites to use to book flights and trains and in assessing the feasibility of what we could fit into the time available. The hotel recommendations were great value and not always available from guide books. We were thrilled with the service and could have asked Puneet as many questions as we liked. He was very friendly and quick to respond. Thanks Puneet and thank you TripBod. I look forward to my next vacation when I will be using TripBod again. J

Jason Freezer connected with Tripbod Deepa in India

Memorable, holiday of a life time, eye opening, amazing and fantastic experience are just some of the phrases we can’t stop using since returning from our India trip.  What we loved the most was the people, the food, the culture and diversity we experienced in such a short period of time.  It is no small part of this that can be attributed our Tripbod Deepa!  Her effortless, approachable style and extensive knowledge really gave us the confidence we needed to make our holiday ours (and not the travel agents)!  Her advice was timely and well made with tips on how to experience India, without any making cultural faux pas, was just what we needed.  It is without any hesitation that I would recommend Deepa to anyone travelling to India and will be using Tripbod for our holidays in the future.

Tim Heymerdinger connected with Tripbod Scott in New York

"Scott Ritner was a great guy for me to meet because we were definitely on the same page. I wanted live music off the beaten track, art, counterculture, boho stuff, bookshops and healthy eating – and he gave me a brilliant set of pointers and recommendations and directions, plus googlemap refs. Because of Scott, I got so much more out of my trip that enabled me to experience the New York I wanted to see. It was a richer experience for that reason".

Sonya Shmatova connected with Tripbod Dot in London

I've been several times in London and already had some expectations of the city, accomodation type, etc. My only problem was - time, as I was so overloaded with my work that I didn't have a single minute to sit and search for a London vacation. That's why I called for help and got this wonderful feeling of being properly served by professionals who really care. I described what I was looking for and very soon got the list of possible places which suit my financial abilities and location expectations; additionally I've got information about events and interesting places to go while I'm in London. But on top of this, I've got the contact name and telephone number of the person who can help me in the city and answer any question I might have. This is very important for the traveller to know that there is an ally who is ready to help in the city. Many thanks to Tripod for their attention and support.

Derek connected with Tripbod Gail in Trinidad and Tobago

Thanks for all your assistance with planning my trip and, in particular, for pointing me in the direction of the Toco Foundation. I had a very enjoyable time at the Agro Tourism Centre working in their 9 acre grounds, helping in the garden, painting and clearing bush.
